FORUM.CHEFS.BY Conference

The team of club restaurants CAFÉ 11:11 chain has participated in an education conference for professionals of restaurant business, organized by Guild of cooks and chefs of Belarus - FORUM.CHEFS.BY.

It’s the first event of such high level in Belarus today.

During the 2 days of the educational conference, 25 top speakers from Spain, France, Sweden, Australia, Russia, Belarus and Ukraine made presentations.

44 dishes were cooked by eminent chiefs on 14 master classes.

30 seminars from restaurant experts were held.

As well as master classes of chiefs, seminars for managers took place in the same time. Lectures were held for three groups: each participant could choose the most interesting subject to him. Human resource management, effective sales techniques, effective menu creation – during the seminars real cases were studied  and topics relevant for any director and the restaurateur were discussed.
